cjxz high performance intelligent filter press is a upgrade type of filtration equipment from cjxa with intelligent system, also with three-stage dewatering processes: feeding, diaphragmless pressing and dry-blowing. cjxz can automatically adjust the pressing time and record the capacity and other parameters, reducing operating cost of the enterprise and manual participation.
1、给料过滤即依靠渣浆泵的输送压力,使进入滤室的矿渣被滤布截留,形成滤饼;水透过滤布排除,实现固液分离;
2、压榨过滤是在给料过滤形成的疏松滤饼一侧施加压力,收缩其空隙,排除空隙中的水;
3、吹干过滤是采用介质高速穿过滤饼间歇,带走间歇水,进一步降低滤饼含水率。无论采用多大的压滤压榨滤饼,滤饼的间隙也不能完全消除,因此,增加吹干过滤,用高压空气分钟透过滤饼间隙并带走滤饼间隙中的水分,是降低滤饼含水率的重要手段。然而有效的防止吹干时压缩空气短路,却是能否实现有效吹干的关键,这是cjxa系列高能自动压滤机的独特设计,也是其他压滤机不能有效吹干的关键。 (箱式和箱式隔膜压滤机采用中心孔进料方式,空气吹干短路,无法有效吹干)
1. the feed filtration is based on the delivery pressure of the slurry pump, so that the slag entering the filter chamber is trapped by the filter cloth to form a filter cake; the water is filtered through the filter cloth to achieve solid-liquid separation;
2. press filtration is to press on the side of the porous filter cake formed by the feed filtration, shrinking the voids and eliminating the water in the voids;
3. dry-blowing filtration uses high-speed compressed air to pass through the cake and remove intermittent water, further reducing the moisture content of the cake. regardless of how much pressure is used to press the filter cake, the gap between the material particles cannot be completely eliminated. therefore,the dry-blowing filtration , using high-pressure air to pass through the cake and remove moisture from the particles gap , is the important means to reduce the moisture content of the filter cake. however, effective prevention of short-circuit of compressed air during drying is the key to effective drying. dry-blowing filtration is the unique design of the cjah series high-efficiency filter press. other filters press cannot achieve filter cake to be blown dry effectively without dry-blowing filtration technology.(the box and box diaphragm filter press adopt the center hole feeding method, which will cause air short-circuited and cannot be blown dry.)
